Given:

Formula used:

Volume of cylinder = πr ²h

Circumference of circle = 2πr 

Here, r = radius, h = height

Calculation:

Volume of cylinder = 577.5 cm3.

⇒ πr 2h = 577.5 cm³

⇒ (22/7) × r² × 15 = 577.5 

⇒ r2​ = (577.5 × 7)/(22 × 15)

⇒ r2​ = 12.25 cm²

⇒ r = 3.5 cm

Circumference of circle = 2 × (22/7) × 3.5 = 22 cm
