Concept

The numbers are co-prime if they contain only 1 as the common factor.

Co-Prime Numbers = Two natural numbers a and b are said to be co-prime if their HCF is 1.

Natural Numbers: All counting numbers are called natural numbers.

Example: 1, 2, 3, 4.....

Whole Number: All counting numbers and 0 forms the set of the whole number.

Example: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4,.....

Even Number: A number that is divisible by 2 is called an even number.

Example: 2, 4, 6, 8....

Odd Number: A number not divisible by 2 is called an odd number.

Example: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9....

∴ (2, 3), (4, 5), (7, 9), (8, 9) is an example of Co-Prime numbers.
