Correct Answer - Option 4 : \(821{1\over 3}dm^3\)

Given

Circumference of base = 88 dm

Height of cone = 4 dm

Formula used 

Circumference of circle = 2πr

Volume of cone = (1/3)πr2h

Where r and h are radius and height of cone

Calculation

2πr = 88

⇒ 2 × (22/7) × r = 88

⇒ r = (88 × 7)/(2 × 22)

⇒ r = 14 dm

Volume of a cone = (1/3)πr2h

⇒ (1/3) × (22/7) × 14 × 14 × 4

⇒ 2464/3

\(821{1\over 3}dm^3\)

∴ Volume of a cone is \(821{1\over 3}dm^3\)
