Correct Answer - Option 3 :  x+ y2- x - 29 = 0

Concept:

The equation of a circle with A(x1, y1) and B(x2, y2) as the end points of a diameter is given by:

(x - x1)(x - x2) + (y - y1)(y - y2) = 0

Calculation:

We know that equation of circle with the given end points of its diameter iiis given by ,

(x - x1)(x - x2) + (y - y1)(y - y2) = 0

Here , x1= -4, y1= 3 and x2= 5, y2= -3 .

∴ The required equation of circle is

 (x + 4)(x - 5) + (y - 3)(y + 3) = 0

x+ y- x - 29 = 0

The correct option is 3.
