Correct Answer - Option 4 : 25600 dm2

Given:

The perimeter of square = 640 dm

Formula Used:

Perimeter of square = 4 × Side

Area of square = Side × Side

Calculation:

Perimeter of square = 4 × Side

⇒ 640 dm = 4 × Side

⇒ 160 dm = Side

Area of square = Side × Side

⇒ Area of square = 160 dm × 160 dm

⇒ Area of square = 25600 dm2

∴ So, the area of square is 25600 dm2

The correct option is 4 i.e. 25600 dm2.
