(1) Let breadth = b m 

Then, length = 6/5 b m 

Perimeter = 132 

2(b+6/5 b) = 132 

b = 30 m 

Hence, length = 6/5 x 30= 36m 

And area = length × breadth = 36 × 30 = 1080 m2
