Correct Answer - Option 3 : 4

Calculation 

Let the number be x 

According to Question

⇒ 142 + 13= 196 + 169 = 365 

361 is a perfect square which is near by 365 

so, 365 - x = 361 

⇒ x = 4 

∴ 4 is minimum number
