Correct Answer - Option 3 : Rs 5,000

Given:

Cost of 10 Samsung phones + Cost of 15 Nokia phones = Rs 175000

Cost of 15 Samsung phones + Cost of 10 Nokia phones = Rs 200000

Calculation:

Let Samsung phone be denoted by S and Nokia phone be denoted by N.

10S + 15N = 175000      ---- (1)

15S + 10N = 200000      ---- (2)

Subtracting (1) from (2), we get

5S - 5N = 25000

⇒ S - N = 5000      ---- (3)

Multiplying equation (3) with 10 and adding to (2), we get

25S = 250000

⇒ S = 10000

Putting value of S in equation (3), we get

10000 - N = 5000

⇒ N = 5000

∴ The value of one Nokia phone is Rs 5000
