Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 20 days

Given:

A can complete a work in 28 days

Efficiency of B = 140% of efficiency of A

Formula Used:

Work = Efficiency × Time

Calculation:

Let the efficiency of A be a

Efficiency of B = 140/100 × a

⇒ 1.4a

Total work = 28 × a days

⇒ 28a days

Time taken by B to complete the same work = 28a/1.4a days

⇒ 20 days

∴ B will take 20 days to complete the same work.
