Correct Answer - Option 4 : Scholarship-Fellowship Award Registration Tracking System

UGC portal "e-SARTS" (e-Scholarship-Fellowship Award Registration Tracking System) provides details of a single-window platform for all scholarship/fellowship available to students, scholars, and faculties under various schemes of the University Grants Commission.
