Correct Answer - Option 2 : 50°

The angle between the hour hand and the minute hand when the clock shows 2:20 can be calculated using the following formula :

Angle = |11/2M - 30H|

Where M = minutes and H = hours

Here, M = 20 and H = 2

Therefore, angle = 11/2 × 20 - 30 × 2 = 110 - 60 = 50

Hence, 50° is the correct answer.
