Correct Answer - Option 3 : 30° 

Given:

3 sec2 x - 4 = 0

Formula:

sec 30° = 2/√3

Calculation:

3 sec2 x - 4 = 0

⇒ sec2 x = 4/3

⇒ sec x = 2/√3

⇒ sec x = sec 30°

∴ x = 30°
