Find the mean number of oranges kept in each basket. Which method of finding the mean did you choose?

Here we use step deviation method where a = 135, h = 5,a multiple of all d_i 

\(\overline{x}= a+(\frac{\Sigma f_iu_i}{\Sigma f_i})\times h\)

= 22 + \(\frac{25}{400}\) × 5

= 22 + 0.31 

= 22.31
