I. Cycling
II. Brisk Walking
III. Swimming
IV. Water aerobics.
V. Yoga In Osteoporosis: Muscles strengthening exercises.
VI. Standing and rising on toes.
VII. Lifting of weight.
VIII. Exercises with equipment's -elastic bands & free weight wear.
IX. Balance posture and functional exercises as climbing stairs, yoga.
X. Pilates-flexibility - to avoid risk of fracture.
