The correct option is (D) 2√2:1.

Explanation:

λ = (h/p) = {h / (√(2meV))}

Given: Potential is same

Hence

λ ∝ {1 / (√me)}

where m is mass and e is charge

Let mass of charge on proton be mp and ep respectively. Mass & charge of ∝ particle m and e

hence m = 4mp

e = 2ep

∴ (λp / λ) = √{(m e) / (mp ep)}

∴ (λp / λ) = √({4mp / mp} × {2ep / ep})

∴ (λp / λ) = √8

∴ (λp / λ) = [{2√2} / 1]
