In a school, there are two book stores. Store A sold 10 dozen Mathematics books, 3 dozen Science books and 6 dozen Civics books. Store B sold 6 dozen Mathematics books, 3 dozen Science books and 10 dozen Civics books. Their selling price are ₹80, ₹60, ₹40 each respectively. Using matrix algebra answer the following:

  1. Create a matrix for the price and the matrix for the number of books sold per store.
  2. Find the product of two matrices and explain what it represents.
  3. How would you find the total revenue generated by both the stores?
  4. Find the total gross revenue from the sale of Civics books in both the stores.
  5. Which store has generated more revenue?
  6. If the selling price of each book is doubled. Find the total revenue generated by store B.
