When the author was drowning in deep water, he thought that he would make a great spring upward and lie flat on the water. He also thought that he would strike out with his arms and thrash with his legs. Then he would get to the edge of the pool.
जब लेखक गहरे पानी में डूब रहा था तो उसने सोचा कि वह जोर से ऊपर की ओर छलाँग लगाएगा और पानी पर सपाट लेट जाएगा। उसने यह भी सोचा कि वह अपनी भुजाओं से बाहर आएगा तथा टाँगों को चलाएगा और इस तरह वह ताल के किनारे पहुँच जाएगा।
