On the behalf of the company, I feel very regret to inform you that the some chairs delivered by your company i.e., XYZ Furniture Ltd. on 2nd March 2017, has been received in an entirely in a broken condition. Will you, therefore, look into the matter and send us a fresh pieces of chairs. On receipt of these goods, we shall return this chairs in a broken conditions to you. The cost incurred in returning the damaged goods will be borne by you.
Please replace the goods urgently.
