Correct option is: D) \(\frac{3}{10}\)

Total No from 1 to 10 is n (s) = 10.

Since, 1, 4 and 9 are perfect square numbers from 1 to 10.

\(\therefore\) Total No of perfect squares from 1 to 10 is n (E) = 3

\(\therefore\) Probability of getting a perfect square numbers from 1 to 10 is

P = \(\frac {n(E)}{n(S)}\) = \(\frac {Total \,No \,of \,perfect \,squares}{Total \,No\, from \,1\, to \,10}\) = \(\frac 3{10}\)
