Correct Answer - Option 1 : Statement I is the cause and statement II is its effect.

The correct answer is option 1. Here, the snowfall cannot be due to increase in production. However, the vice versa is true. The woollen industry increasing their production is an effect of the upcoming snowfall. Hence, the possibility of snowfall is the cause due to which the effect of increased production in woollen industry can be observed.
