Correct Answer - Option 3 : Rs. 60,000

Give:

Saving is Rs. 27,000

Calculation:

Let be monthly income of Ajay is Rs. x

According to question,

x of 25% + x of 5% + x of 15% + x of 10% + 27,000 = x

⇒ x of 55% + 27,000 = x

⇒ 11x/20 + 27,000 = x

⇒ 27,000 = {x - (11x/20)}

⇒ 27,000 = 9x/20

⇒ x = 27,000 × 20/9

⇒ 60,000

∴ Ajay's monthly income is Rs. 60,000
