Correct Answer - Option 1 : 4 ∶ 7

Given:

Number of candidates appeared from zone P in the year 2005 = 3.2

Number of candidates qualified from zone S in the year 2007 = 5.6

Calculation:

According to the question

The ratio of appeared from zone P to qualified from zone S = 3.2 : 5.6 ⇒ 4 : 7

∴ The ratio of the number of candidates appeared from zone P in the year 2005 to the number of candidates qualified from zone S in the year 2007 is 4 : 7
