There are two types of warming-up:
(a) General warm-up (b) Specific warm-up
(a) General warm-up: It includes light jogging, stretching, striding, sprints and exercise for all parts of the body from head to toe.
(b) Specific warm-up: This is related to the movement structure of the major game or activity. For example, A shot putter will warm-up his biceps and triceps before putting the shot.
